All Dressed Up!

Savannah wore a beautiful dress to church on Sunday that used to be mine when I was little. She looked so gorgeous in it! I love to have her wear my old dresses since they are so unique now...my Mom used to buy beautiful puffy, ruffly dresses at a place called Santarian's when I was little. Here's my beautiful girly all dressed up :)

Savannah Jolie (Savannah Jo)

My daughter, Savannah, is 3 years old and so full of life and energy. She is such a blessing! She loves music, singing and dancing, especially Ballet. She loves anything Ballet…dressing up as a ballerina, dancing like a ballerina, etc. She is always making up her own songs and dances, and sometimes puts on shows for the family…it’s so adorable. She loves to imagine and play with baby dolls…loves to be a little mommy and she is so gentle and caring with her dolls. She also loves to “organize”…she puts crayons, spoons, etc. into and out of a container and lines them all up and does this over and over again…sometimes we wonder if she’s a bit obsessive compulsive :) She loves to be a little helper too, and is always asking to help with cleaning, dishes, or laundry. She loves anything artistic, whether it is coloring with crayons, painting, etc. She loves to be outside…taking walks, going to parks, etc. She also gets excited to go to her school and play with her friends at school, and she really loves to read books and learn. She loves to be independent and “do it herself”. She also loves to make you laugh and be silly. And she loves to give you hugs and kisses just because she wants to :) Savannah is such a sweetheart, but knows what she wants and has a very independent spirit! I don’t know what I would do without her. She is my daughter and my best friend. I love her so much! ...................................................................... Savannah is of Spanish origin and it's meaning is "Abundant"; Jolie is of French origin..It is pronounced Zho-lee and means "Pretty" or "Cheerful and Pretty"...which is just what she is!! :) ....................................................................... Savannah can be called "Vanna" for short, which in Greek and Hebrew means "Gift of God" , and in Italian means "God is gracious" ...what beautiful and precious meanings! She is God's gracious gift... God has been so gracious to me just by giving me her : ) .......................................................................... Her nickname is Savannah Jo (Jo is short of Jolie). I love to call her that. I think it sounds very sweet and country :) ................................................................. Savannah is a "Virgo". Virgo enjoys helping others and being of service. Virgo is shy, and prefers working behind the scenes. Virgo is highly discriminating and a bit puritanical. Virgo is intellectual, critical, fussy, logical, methodical, practical and has teaching ability. Virgo can lack confidence and needs constant reassurance. The name Savannah also means that she has an assertive and courageous nature, someone who has a strong will to succeed.

Jaime Darlene (Jaime Lee)

I’m Savannah's Mommy. I’m 24 years old and am having a blast with motherhood. I am a single mother, and a full-time student attending college for a degree in Nutrition. I recieved my Associates from the Community College this May, and will be transfering into West Chester University to complete my degree. I enjoy listening to a variety of music…country, christian counrty and pop, and christian praise and worship. I also enjoy photography, arts and crafts, reading, writing, natural alternatives and nutrition, watching movies, going to the beach and the countryside, taking walks or going to parks, having fun and being silly, relaxing and enjoying life, and spending time with family and friends, especially my daughter. I am a Christian and God is important to me and how I raise my daughter. I thank God everyday that He loves me and that He gave me my beautiful baby girl! ............................................................................ Jaime is of Spanish origin and means "Supplanter"; It is also a French word for "I love"; Darlene is after my mother. It is of French origin and it's meaning is "Little Darling". My name all together can mean "I love little darling"...how sweet :) ................................................................................ I'm a "Sagittarius". Sagittarius has a lot of nervous energy and are very optimistic. Sagittarius will overlook details so that the overall picture can be considered. Sagittarius is warm and friendly. You like to talk a great deal making it difficult for others to get a word in edgewise. Sagittarius loves to travel. You are adaptable, tolerant, philosophical, knowledgeable, honest and outspoken.
